Order delivery and shipping costs
Please read the information below regarding order processing and delivery carefully!
Order processing
After completing your order on the website, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, which means that it has been registered in our system. We recommend that you also check your Spam folder, if the email does not appear in your Inbox.
Shipping fees:
0 RON for orders with a value > 299 RON
28 RON for orders with a value < 299 RON sent by courier
There is a fixed fee of 37 - 300 RON for products with special dimensions, weight or dimensions (e.g. cylinders, air conditioning, etc.), regardless of the order value.
ATTENTION!: The fixed shipping fee is specified in the description of the respective product.
Products that are "in stock" are shipped in 1 - 2 business days*.
The shipment of products with a delivery time of "pre-order 5 - 14 days" is done with a prior e-mail from us.
* Products "in stock" and ordered by 2:00 PM are shipped on the same (working) day and the others are shipped on the 2nd working day
* Orders placed on weekends or legal holidays are processed / shipped starting with the first working day, in the order of their receipt.
Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on delivery upon receipt of the package
Pickup from our work point:
Select "pickup from warehouse" when completing the order and you can pick up the order from Turnului Street no. 5, Brasov, please call approximately 1 hour before arriving at the location
Delivery time
• Most products in stock are delivered within 24-48 hours of confirming the order by e-mail.
• Products that are not in stock will be delivered within a period agreed upon with you.
Documents received upon delivery
You will receive by e-mail: Tax invoice and Warranty Certificate (if applicable)

Important when receiving the package!
Do not sign for receipt or accept the package if it is damaged! In this case, contact us immediately.
Claims regarding shipping damage will not be accepted if you sign for receipt.
