2. Orders
Placing an order through the online store constitutes an offer to purchase. The order is considered confirmed when the confirmation is sent by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of price or stock errors.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are expressed in lei and include VAT. Payment can be made online by card (via Netopia Payments) or cash on delivery by courier.
4. Delivery
Delivery is made by courier or by personal pickup from our headquarters. Delivery costs and terms are displayed upon completion of the order.
5. Returns
You have the right to return the products within 14 days, according to the Returns Policy.
6. Data Protection
We process your data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7. Dispute Resolution
For complaints, you can contact the ANPC or the European ODR platform.
