Camper Center Kronstadt SRL, headquartered in Brasov, Str Camil Petrescu no. 7A, bl 32, informs you that in accordance with the legal provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation no. 679/2016 (“GDPR”) in force, collects and processes personal data.

Your personal data will be processed to manage and fulfill your request, as well as for general administrative purposes, by Camper Center Kronstadt, as data controller, as follows.

1. all data mentioned in the client's ID and driving license (surname, first name, domicile, place of birth, date of birth, CNP, series and number of the ID, date of issue, ID issuer, photo as well as all information on the license);

2. the client's signature since, at the time of concluding the contract, the client signs the rental/sale contract and/or other documents;

3. all data relating to the rights and obligations of the customer, as these details are mandatory in the rental/sale contract;

4. the customer's contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address) as, during the rental/sale contract, there may be correspondence between the company and the customer;

5. data relating to the customer's bank account(s) (e.g. account number, account currency, bank where the account is opened, etc.) as, during the contract, transactions are carried out between the company and the customer

6. customer contact details (e.g. telephone number, e-mail address, physical address, first and last name) relating to orders placed on our website or/and the related customer account created

7. data about orders and payments

8. technical data (cookies, IP address)

Your personal data will be kept for a period of ten years after the termination of the contractual relationship. If you have given your consent for use for marketing purposes, your personal data will be stored for this purpose for three years after your last contact with us.

We may transmit data to payment processors (Netopia), courier companies and the billing provider (SmartBill), strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the order

In addition to the existing rights, customers benefit from the following additional rights, which any customer of Camper Center Kronstadt has:

• Right to information – to be informed about the processing of your personal data, in accordance with the law;

• Right to rectification – you can rectify inaccurate personal data or complete them;

• Right to erasure of data ("right to be forgotten") – you can obtain the deletion of data, if their processing was not lawful or in other cases provided for by law;

• Right to restriction of processing - you can request restriction of processing if you dispute the accuracy of the data;

• Right to data portability;

• Right to withdraw consent - in cases where the processing is based on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal of consent will only have effect for the future, the processing carried out prior to withdrawal remaining valid;
