Return and warranty policy
You can return the products by courier within 14 calendar days of receiving them:
-If the product has manufacturing defects or is non-compliant.
-If the choice made does not meet your needs or does not satisfy you. ATTENTION! Used products cannot be returned.
The product must be returned in its original packaging together with all accessories received. The product must be in new condition, without wear, scratches, chips, bumps or other defects caused by an external shock.
If the returned product shows signs of use / wear other than "what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functioning" (Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014, art. 14, paragraph 3), a fee will be applied to reduce the value of the product. This fee will be justified and communicated after receiving the return.
We reserve the right not to accept returns of products that have been tampered with and/or that show visible signs of wear, excessive use, scratches, chips, knocks, and/or that are missing accessories.
The returned product(s) must be properly packaged to protect against any damage during transport that may reduce the value of the returned product. The original packaging of the product will be protected by packaging it in a separate package. No AWBs or other documents that could affect the condition of the returned product are affixed to the original packaging or the product.
The same type of transport service is used that was used to ship the product (express courier, any company); returns sent via the Romanian Post, pickups from courier companies or sending to EasyBox will not be accepted.
How do I return a product:

Order ID (you can find it in the order confirmation email)
Last name / first name
Reason for the return
Account to which the money will be returned
After registering and approving the return request, you can organize the sending of the package using any express courier service. The address for sending the return is:

After the products have reached us and been checked, we will transfer the value of the product to the indicated account within a maximum of 14 days. If it is necessary to reduce the returned amount, we will contact you regarding the justification, development and completion of the process.
The shipping fee for returning the products will be borne exclusively by the customer (except for non-conforming products)
ATTENTION !!! Returns with cash on delivery are not accepted.
According to OUG 34/2014, legal entities do not fall into the category of consumers, therefore Camper Center Kronstadt SRL reserves the right to refuse the return/withdrawal from the contract of legal entities in cases where the ordered products are compliant.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
The warranty of our products is that provided by the legislation in force: 2 years for orders placed by an individual and 1 year for orders placed by a legal entity.
In the event of receiving a non-compliant or defective product, the customer has the right to restore its compliance without additional fees. This right can be exercised throughout the warranty period. The defect or non-compliance must be reported within 30 days of its discovery.
In the event of visible defects and/or missing parts of the products, you can report this to us no later than 10 days from the date of delivery of the package. In the absence of any notification in case of visible defects and/or missing parts of the products within the above-mentioned period, Camper Center Kronstadt SRL reserves the right not to refund/replace the product.
The warranty is lost in the following situations: damage or defects caused by incorrect use, incorrect or defective assembly, improper maintenance, modifications or adaptations of the product, freezing or dirt (where applicable), neglect of mandatory maintenance.
